UK Boards want AI use cases that deliver measurable ROI, yet half of AI projects in the past two years failed to show business impact. While 50% of CEOs believe AI will reinvent their business model within 3–5 years, 70% will demand clear proof of value before approving new investments in 2026.
The reality? Trusted, production-ready AI is already embedded in ERP and HCM platforms, trained on your most valuable data and ready to deliver incremental gains today. Instead of endless whiteboard sessions and cleaning unstructured data, organizations can unlock instant benefits by simply activating embedded AI in finance, supply chain, spend, and HR—while still pursuing moonshot custom AI projects.
Join IDC analysts and NTT DATA’s Chris Gabriel and Richard Bourne as they explore why the “less glamorous” side of AI – turning it on – might be the fastest path to tangible business outcomes.
